Bowen Techniques / Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST)

Is a gentle hands-on therapy consisting of gentle rolling movements over muscles tendons and ligaments. The whole body is treated giving gentle relief to pain, stiffness and deep relaxation. Many conditions will benefit from this therapy i.e. Migraine, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, back pain and structural problems are but a few of the conditions that respond to the technique.

Each treatment is about hour duration and usually 3 to 4 treatments are required. £40.00
